Elan A. Ginzberg is an attorney with a diverse background in employment law, criminal law, and commercial litigation. Elan has litigated a myriad of cases involving: complex business disputes; individuals charged with misdemeanors and felonies; and claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
