Patrick M. Files is a Chicago, Illinois-based attorney serving as “Of Counsel” to Kleinman Ginzberg’s Entertainment Law Practice. Mr. Files began his legal career in 1994 as a Municipal Finance attorney in New Orleans where he represented public (state and local) entities, investment banks and underwriters. In addition to his work with municipal bonds/public financing, Mr. Files also represented artists and record labels both on contractual matters and intellectual property.
